Plants are not just a feast for the eyes; they hold a treasure of myths, magic, and scientifically proven medicinal properties. For centuries, cultures around the world have woven stories around these green wonders, attributing them with mystical powers and healing abilities. Today the plants and herbs surrounding us, are inviting us to not only harness their natural healing properties but also to allow them to awaken our innate ability to heal from within ourselves. As we are undergoing an evolutionary process, so are the plants and some may say they've upped their game (and so have we!). As they are stepping forward with consciousness, common herbs and plants cannot only support our physical healing but also provide us with beautiful guidance, teachings, initiations, deep healing experiences and more! This session is not a questionnaire-led consultation (those are the ones I used to do!). It is led by your guidance, your team of light that is in the knowing. I will assist you to connect and to find the herbs and foods that help you move onto the next level of your healing. This might be a cleansing process or a strengthening of certain organs or organ systems such as the gut or the nervous system. Or we might use herbs to facilitate circulation and movement through your cells to provide flow and flexibility where there is currently resistance and stagnation. It's helpful to keep an open mind during these sessions. Guidance may suggest that you make certain lifestyle changes. So this session could take a turn to be more of a divine naturopathic than divine herbal consultation. It may also suggest supplementation of vitamins or similar. Here is some information on how you can receive herbal remedies after our session (prices not included in the consultation fee): I am able to ship herbal formulation tinctures within the UK mainland. The costs are usually £33 for a one month supply (including shipping). If we decide to use simple tinctures (one herb per tincture) then the costs will be around £15 per simple. If you are outside the UK mainland then I can create and supply a formula which you can have made up by a local herbalist or pharmacy. If you wish to work with simples, then they can often be purchased online or in health food stores. Supplementation is widely available in health food stores. I may suggest a supplier as relevant.
