Short session, for i.e. supplement and herb cross checks, repeats, quick energetic check-ins or for your beautiful questions to help you move forward. This is just a quick session to help with small queries or one specific topic you'd like a little help with. We can alternatively ask the guides for your next best thing to do and see what comes forward! This can be a really fun session. Be ready to play! Should you wish a full review of your herbal formula (a follow-up session) then please book a Conscious Herbal Medicine session to give us more time :)
